					<description><![CDATA[@&lt;strong&gt;LSquared&lt;/strong&gt;, killer conference all the way through, though I called in sick for #6 and went home early. #3 was great, but if you&#039;re familiar with Serra&#039;s work at all, it wouldn&#039;t surprise you. In any case, I&#039;ll have recaps up sometime during the week.

As in, the book doesn&#039;t give cookie-cutter problems that kill real learning.
  I am using CMP2 with my sixth graders, trying to get them to understand the meaning of fractions, decimals, and percents.  I think the two curriculums have the same philosophy, and wanted to get your quick opinion.]]></description>
