Some of them actually make for great talking points (“Potential: Because not everybody gets to be an astronaut when they grow up”) and a lot of them kind of relate to relevant human behaviors (“Incompetence: When you earnestly believe you can compensate for lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there’s no end to what you can’t do.”).

They are even worse, actually, because you have to pay for them. I have some friends that have them hanging in their rooms and it kills me every time I walk in.
